Children’s Ministries

The Children's Ministry at CrossRoads is dedicated to teaching children to "Love God" with all their heart, mind, soul and strength. Our desire is to create an atmosphere where children understand that they can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that he has a plan for their lives which began before the foundation of the world! (Ephesians 2:10). We are committed to teaching God's Word from the earliest years and all of our activities, events and programs are centered there.

We have chosen the AWANA program to provide a small group ministry with our children. Through these small groups, the children learn to "Serve People" by establishing solid peer relationships. Other opportunities to build peer relationships are provided through Winter and Summer Camps, Vacation Bible School, and Foundations (Wednesday evenings in the summer).

Encouraging children to "Impact the World" is important to CrossRoads' Children's Ministry. We work at teaching the children about ways that they can be used by God in their homes, schools, neighborhoods, community and the world. Children are given opportunities to participate in outreach events and experience the joy of giving their life away in Jesus' name.
